According to the blessed hadith, the compensation for spiritual treatment was first received by the Companions Of The Prophet Abu Saeed al-Khudri (ra)
This Hadith is on Bukhari Volume II, Page No. 749.
According to this hadith, the Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri treated a person who was bitten by a snake, so he received 30 goats from the patient as compensation for the spiritual treatment.
This spiritual treatment was done through Surah Fatiha.
After that, the compensation for the spiritual treatment was presented to the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said, “Divide these goats among yourselves and give me my share.”
So today, whenever a spiritual healer performs a spiritual process for someone, then he gets compensation according to the mentioned hadith.
After that, half of the compensation amount is recognized as the Prophet’s share, so this amount is given to the poor.
Finally, the remaining amount can be used on oneself.
